Competition - First prize.

The Arte Factory cultural centre is a new signal for the district thanks to its location and the cultural programme it offers. A wide glass façade opens onto the square that ends the Rivieren bypass, allowing the use of public spaces to spread. The building develops large, completely free plateaux on three levels so that the space is flexible and adaptable. This is made possible by treating the circulation and technical areas of the building as an independent element, connected to the building.
